Our process is simple and provides the advantages of a national online auction platform with delivery and shipping options. Here is how it works:

• Our estate specialist will come out to your site for a free, no-obligation consultation to determine the best avenue for selling your treasures. Be sure not to throw anything away beforehand! You'd be surprised at the value some "trash" has! Let our experts make the recommendation.

• NO UPFRONT FEES! We work on a commission basis only. We only make money when you make money.

• Once you decide that we are the best option for your auction, we will schedule a time to come out for the photography shoot. We will photograph your items, catalog a detailed description of each, and provide a graded condition to produce the most honest and favorable representation.

• Your auction will be uploaded to Oliver's Auctions on Auction Ohio for a nationwide audience of registered bidders to preview. Unlike the traditional live auctions, we don't allow strangers to walk around on your property. All the bidding is done in an online platform. Auction winners will have the option to come to the residence to pick up their purchases or have them shipped.  

• We will advertise your auction locally and nationally in several online advertising platforms.

• Auction pick-up will be the day after the auction ends. 

• You will receive your payment in cash within 7-14 days of the auction ending.
